A cliche' I know, but I really only had one night! I lugged my tripod all the way to the State Tower, to go up to the Dome bar on the 63rd floor, only to have the staff tell me I could not take the tripod or my camera backpack up the elevator! They allowed me to check the bag andtake my Canon 5D up there. This shot was taken at sunset resting the camera on the sidewall under a bush, without being able to frame it or fix the horizon line until getting it home. Set the timer to 2 sec to keep it steady during the 5 second shot. (Wish I'd brought a sand bag).
