This is tomorrow's BBQ fodder in preparation. These feather steaks are being marinated in olive oil, garlic and chervil (didn't have any parsley, not that I like parsley so wouldn't have used it if I did. Confused?).
Apologies to any Vegetablists who don't like this image. (Vegetablist is the correct term for what you are for after all I ride a bicycle and I'm a cyclist not a cycltarian :))
