Hulme Hippodrome is a grade 2 listed building and is on the list of endangered theatres in the UK. News articles say it needs £20 million to restore. Alas! it took just over £40 million to rebuild La Fenice opera house in Venice after its conflagration. It would take a miracle and lottery funding for this theatre to be restored.
