This is the west facing side of Sears(Willis Tower) - normally you see the one with the antennas(or antennae). If you are a thrill seeker you can step into one of these glass cages and have the feeling of "no ground" under your feet at the dizzying heights. They are on 2 sides of the building...and they retract them when there is bad weather and in the winter.
Shot in the comment shows where these are in the building and you can see how much fun it is...
I have not been to the sky-deck since they added these... one of these days... I shall take up the challenge... :)
