Day 97 of my 365 Project: While meandering through downtown Seattle today, I came across the Skillet Street Food truck. Mobile food trucks are a big thing around here, with lots of varying cuisine and quality. Skillet is supposed to be one of the best, and amazingly there was only a short line, but sadly I was headed to meet someone for lunch elsewhere so I couldn't stop.
