Those entering the Prinknash Bird and Deer Park in Gloucestershire are immediately confronted by a peacock in full display. Obviously a bird that doesn't want to be ignored. Maybe a spectacular feather display could be a good tactic for big-issue sellers and those seeking signatures for petitions.
