Here's a break from all the vicious raptors (birds of prey) that I've been posting lately. Even though this cute little bunny is high on the menus of my recent subjects, they seem to have been concentrating on pheasant and ducks more than mammals. These little guys are still very cautious and it only let me so close because I was in my car-hide.
There's only a small crop here to make it square, so lots of detail shows in the Large size in the Light Box view. Most of its coarse winter coat is gone, but you can see some remnants that haven't yielded to the soft summer coat yet.
