At low tide, people can use these rocks to get to the little island in the distance. A really popular tourist spot, I can't help but chuckle at the few who don't pay attention to how fast the tide comes in and have no choice but to wade through the chilly waters to get back to shore.
If you look really close, you'll see two such unfortunate individuals.
This was shot just after sunset, as the blue hour was setting in.
