When I've heard this for the first time, I didn't believe, but keep calm... other things will make it worth!
Strobist info: Used just one light with a 60" white umbrella, 580EX II put on camera right w/ 1/4 CTO gel | 50mm | just outside the frame, about 1/2m away from them.
