Last week a new lens has been added to my arsenal: the 50mm f/1.4! I recently became interested in shooting portraits and this lens is great for them. This lens is longer than my 28mm so the DOF is shallower, creating lovely bokeh, ideal for portraits. I used this lens last week at the creative portraiture workshop and I really like the results. I think I'm going to enjoy this new glass!
