Oriental Magpie Robin

Commonly found in India and seen alone or in pairs or with other birds in mixed parties. Hops on the ground and often seen with its tail cocked. Active in the mornings or at dusk and is a remarkable songster. This particluar bird is a female as distinguished by its are rich slatey grey colour as opposed to the males blue-black. The diet of these birds consist of insects, berries and nectar.
