As I was driving around Quincy with my friend Chris, looking for an old seawall to shoot (we never found it), we saw this old tower (maybe a chimney?) on this little strip of land which looks like it gets cut off at high tide.
This really gives a good look at just how much light pollution there is in the city. This was shot close to midnight, on a night with no moon. I've shot much longer exposures away from the city that still have black skies.
