Mosque of Sultan Malik al-Ashraf Ghori Qansuh is a mosque located Ghoryia area (the intersection of Al-Azhar and goats) in Cairo, a historic Cairo's most famous landmarks. Sultan Ghouri Qansuh founded in 909 AH / 1503 AD.
Consists of an open courtyard almost square (12x11) meters, Taataamd iwans it from four sides, and takes Bdaúr dish from the top bar and then written four rows of wooden pendants camouflaged in gold. And the eastern iwan is the qibla iwan and the mihrab and minbar.
Eastern façade of the mosque side is east, and the main entrance, which ascends to a double ladder, culminating in the entrance Mdaúna contract with three lobes filled seven rows of exquisite pendants. And leads to the entrance hall square with two doors, one leads to a corridor connected to the rectangular chamber, and the second leads to a corridor takes you to the courtyard of the mosque.
Located minaret in south-eastern tip of the mosque, one of the finest and most beautiful Miazn Cairo, where they are huge square building like Almiazn Andalusian, consisting of three innings, ending Bmlhma art exquisite, where above the third floor box holds five heads of pineapple, each carrying a crescent copper .
