Catos

Angel Guirado (Yes We Canon) has added a photo to the pool:

A family of cats (gatos in Spanish).

Believe it or not, they were resting off a road near a village in Asturias, just 10 minutes away from my dad’s house. Ok, it is not a much transited one and the cats were located near the edge, so no danger for them if a car was passing by. However I was forced to position myself just in the middle of the road. Luckily, it is a quiet area, so if a car would have approached, I would have been able hear the engine from far away. I must admit, I was not worried about that. Instead, I just freaked about the idea of missing this shot because a car had scared the cats!

I had to approach them very slowly, stopping every little step. Sitting at times to take a shot, I would continue to get closer and closer. Using a long distance zoom, I managed to grab this shot from around 25 metres away. The next time I tried to get closer the Catos got scared and left.
