After attending the Packard Automobile Club annual meet near Williamsburg last Thursday and seeing many beautiful old cars -- the newest now over 50 years old -- we went into Colonial Williamsburg, where I came across this beautiful example of an even earlier mode of travel. I've tried shots such as this before, but the horse often turns the wrong end to the camera; this one cooperated. This looks best on black, in the light box.
After three weeks off Flickr, I'm far behind, but will be attempting to catch up. Meanwhile, thanks for your visits and comments, which always are appreciated.
